I hereby give you notice that a meeting of the PARISH COUNCIL of the above named Parish will be held at: Gillingham Village Hall, on Monday, 14th June, 2010 at 7:30pm.
All members of the council are hereby summoned to attend for the purpose of considering and resolving upon the business to be transacted at the meeting as set out hereunder.

Would members of the public please take note that, whilst they are welcome to attend Parish Council Meetings, THEY MAY NOT SPEAK DURING THE MEETING, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ADDRESSED BY THE CHAIRMAN. Should any member of the public wish to bring any matter to the attention of the Parish Council, they must approach the Chairman, a Parish Councillor or the Clerk well before the Meeting. THEY MAY NOT BRING SUCH MATTERS TO THE ATTENTION OF THE PARISH COUNCIL THEMSELVES AT THE MEETING. It is within the power of the Council to allow members of the public to speak after the close of business but any comments will not be minuted. Members of the public may speak at the ANNUAL PARISH MEETING ONLY.
THIS IS STATUTE AND APPLIES TO ALL PARISH COUNCILS. MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC NOT ADHERING TO THESE RULES MAY BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE MEETING.
