The housing needs survey in Gt Moulton has identified a need for 6 rented properties and one property for shared ownership. The parish council would be interested to hear from land owners with possible sites (which are likely to be adjacent to the current village local plan).
GMPAG has made good progress. We have an estimated cost (£40,000) for the play area development, strong backing for the need for a play area and we have identified sources of potential funding. The key issue now is finding a site (or sites) which provide the necessary space but also fits with the needs of local residents...
