Hertfordshire Community Foundation exists to tackle deprivation in Hertfordshire and beyond. It is currently the largest non-statutory grant giver into the county and in the last year (2007/08), has issued more than £1.2million in grants to charities and community groups.

The Valuing Volunteer Management in Hertfordshire Award 2008 has been awarded to Gaddesden Place Riding and Driving for the Disabled Group.
The Award which is designed to promote good practice in Volunteer Management was organised by Volunteer Centres in Hertfordshire and took place on Friday 13 June in Hatfield. |
