| The Hertfordshire Infrastructure Consortium (HIC) was set up in March 2004, bringing together nine Councils for Voluntary Services, ten Volunteer Centres with other infrastructure organisations and statutory partners. |

The Consortium comprises of 24 Full voting members from Community and Voluntary Infrastructure Organisations across Hertfordshire. In addition, we have 20 Supporting non-voting members.
