SITING A GEOLOGICAL DISPOSAL FACILITY
Government has invited local communities to express an interest in entering into discussions about the possibility of hosting a Geological Disposal Facility (GDF). NuLeAF can provide advice or briefings for any local authority that may wish to find out more about potential involvement in the siting process. To do so please contact NuLeAF at geological.disposal@nuleaf.org.uk
We have also established a section of this website dedicated to information about the siting process. To access it click on the GEOLOGICAL DISPOSAL box at the bottom of the left hand list of pages.
